brickwork repairs
roughcasting and rendering
gutter repairs/cleaning
DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL
• Work collaboratively with other trade staff and the relevant managers to ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard
• Assist in the procurement of stock items and advise on appropriate materials which should be considered for stock
• Assist, advise and co-operate with Upkeep staff as required to ensure the effective operation of all reactive and planned works
• Assist in the production and ensure adherence to relevant Risk Assessments and Method Statements as necessary
• To work in a safe manner following Health & Safety legislation, and to undergo specific Health & Safety training as required
To assist with other works duties as required for the successful operation of the business
