As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
• Providing the highest standards of quality care and education for the children
• Ensuring you’re familiar with key policies and procedures
• Delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and any other guidance
• Seeing each child’s progress & achievements, alongside Early Years Foundation Stage
• Delivering activities suitable to the age of children in your area with the team
• Working in partnership with parents/carers and deliver parents meetings and open days
• Helping to maintain the health, safety and security of all children, employees & visitors
We’re looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner with the following skills and experience:
• Childcare qualification of a Level 3 or above
• Experience of childcare with children 0-5 years old is required
• An awareness of Equal Opportunities issues, Health, Hygiene and Safety
• The ability to maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children
• A willingness to learn and abide by the settings policies and procedures
• Understand Ofsted Top-Down Definition to Teaching and be safety conscious
Be fully Inclusive of all children
In return, the successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will receive an hourly rate of minimum wage depending on your age, plus 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
