You'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch care in our state-of-the-art clinics equipped with the latest technology.

Role Overview:

As a staff nurse, you'll be at the forefront of providing holistic care to our patients, ensuring their safety and well-being during haemodialysis treatment according to prescribed protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised care with a patient-focused approach.
• Mentor and support team members.
• Administer safe haemodialysis treatment as prescribed.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and external partners.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and service providers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while contributing to their improvement.
• Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge for optimal patient care.
• Apply evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

Person Specification:

• Full NMC registration and nursing degree.
• Experience in renal nursing is beneficial, but comprehensive training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in current nursing practices.
• Adaptability to changing work environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £34,000 per annum, based on experience.
• Location allowance determined by experience and location.
• Generous annual leave of 35 days, inclusive of bank holidays.
• Monday to Saturday working schedule with day shifts only.
