Summary
We are seeking a Level 2 apprentice who is passionate about Early Years to join our outstanding nursery. The successful applicant will be joining a team of motivated and experienced practitioners who will guide and support your learning. You will work as part of a highly dedicated team in providing a stimulating, fun and safe environment for all children. Duties include: planning, observation and assessment using Tapestry (online development journal).
What will the apprentice be doing?
We provide a high standard of care, learning and play in line with the EYFS.
The position will include:
- Learning about Key Person responsibilities
- Planning, observation and assessment using Tapestry (online development journal)
- Learning how to set up resources and activities in a way that is stimulating and
excitingly presented for children.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
- End Point Assessment - Knowledge Test and Professional
