Job Description
We are a well- established Security Company specialising in the installation of intruder alarms, CCTV systems and fire extinguishers in Westgate-on-Sea. We are seeking a candidate for a position of Operations administrator and phone clerk for carrying out operational processes. The candidate will be working in an office in a warehouse environment and be engaged in a variety of activities relating to: managing online diaries, answering phones and e mails, basic administration tasks and invoicing
Job Overview:
Answering phones and booking in works
Manage engineers works diaries and call outs
Deal with client enquiries via phone or e mail
Assist in the processing of engineer jobs
Quotations
Basic Administration and invoicing
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Competent in the usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data bases
Experience with logistics, online diaries, booking in and arranging appointments on the phone/E mail.
Experience in basic administration tasks
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience in managing diaries
Capable of working independently and as a team member.
Be able to clear 5 year security checks
Job Type: 5 days per week Monday - Friday/Hours 8:45am-17:15pm.
Salary: £11.44 to start (reviewed annually)
