About The Role:
The school is 2-form entry, and they are flexible around key stage experience at the moment. Expectations of the role are as follows:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.

Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches to teaching.
