Summary


Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with eating disorders?

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced dietician to join our East Cheshire 0-18 Eating Disorders Community Team. In this role, you will provide assessment, treatment, and support to children and young people with eating disorders. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, nurses, and dieticians.

Make a real difference in the lives of young people who are struggling with eating disorders.

You will have the opportunity to work with a team of experts in the field, and you will be supported to develop your skills and knowledge.

You will provide a highly specialist dietetic service to children and young people receiving treatment from the Trust’s Spoke Community Eating Disorder Services and a key component in the assessment and treatment care pathways in community CYPMHS services .

You will provide dietetic expertise on the dietary management of eating disorders to other professional CYPMHS colleagues medical staff, other health professionals, young people and their families and external agencies.

Supporting the development of dietetics within the Spoke Eating Disorders Service and across the wider organisation.

Previous experience of working with Eating Disorders is a major advantage.

Work alongside Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and other clinicians to provide a comprehensive range of treatment options

Have the opportunity to train in a variety of therapeutic models, including the Maudsley Family Based Treatment
