across the UK, located at Isle of Arran, Livingston, Blackpool, Llantarnam, Edinburgh, Kirkham, Batley & Dorset and our HQ in St

What does your typical day look like?
You will be working across one of our power brands as Assistant Brand Manager, assisting the Marketing team and supporting the
Brand Manager. This includes developing great external relationships to help us continue to drive our range of great tasting sweet
and savoury biscuits.
Other key actions will be but not limited to:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage projects
- Support the Brand Manager on NPD launches from ideation to project launch
- Support the development of the strategy brand plan with execution of key brand activities
- Lead and contribute to the overall tracking and reporting of brand performance
- Support with the redesign of packaging
- Support brand consumer spend management
What are the key ingredients needed for the role?
* Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing or brand related role, managing and delivering projects
* Experience looking after a P&L and raising the profile of a brand
* Knowledge of FMCG industry desirable
* Understanding of NPD and EPD processes
* Experience working on campaigns
* Leadership skills, demonstrated through personal or professional lift
