What you’ll be doing:
* Oversee and lead the service team, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
* Provide valuable support and direction, to our team of technicians, parts and service advisors
* Assist in the delivery of full aftersales service to our customers
* Maximise sales, and profitability for the department
What we need from you:
* Previous experience working as a Senior Service Advisor / Service Manager
* A clear understanding of the roles expectations
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, outstanding communication both in person and on the telephone
* Dedication and commitment to supporting team members
* A full manual driving licence
* PC literate including MS Office
