Summary

Working in a small, very busy office, your duties will include:
• Providing administration support for business processes and procedures
• Main customer interface of the business
• Daily processing of sales orders on an in-house system
• Subject matter expert in administrative functions and leading their development
• Maintaining and administering policies, processes and procedures
• Day to day HR responsibility
• Recruitment and induction
• Administration of health and safety matters ensuring compliance with safety legislation and regulatory standards
• Any other duties as requested by the MD and to support the General Manager
You will have:
• Strong administration and organisation skills
• HR experience and/or CIPD Level 3 or above
• A good understanding and knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• An appreciation of processes and procedures
In addition, you will have excellent customer service skills, have strong IT skills and have a flexible attitude
