Building and producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, compiling management review information packs, responding to ad hoc requests for data and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery – these are just some aspects of this interesting and varied role.
You will need:

Strong proven experience in the use of case management systems with advanced Excel skills
Experience of successful people management and team leadership
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to draft and present business cases and reports.
Demonstrable experience in contributing to the design and delivery of end-to-end technical process change management.
The ability to think critically, creatively and be a solution focussed manager.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, effective time management and the ability to manage competing priorities to respond to tight deadlines.
Strong data management and IT skills with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database systems.
The ability to develop, implement, document and continuously improve processes, procedures and systems.
