Are you a skilled leader ready to make a significant impact in the care sector? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee a dynamic care home in Derby. This is a pivotal role within our clients organization, overseeing both a residential unit and a nursing unit, ensuring exceptional care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, maintaining high standards of care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and guidelines, utilizing your strong track record in achieving and maintaining outstanding ratings.
• Provide effective leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
• Oversee resident care planning, ensuring individual needs are met with dignity and respect.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and resident satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, resources, and regulatory compliance efficiently.

Requirements:

• Hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a fast-paced, multi-unit care setting.
• Nursing pin is not essential but managing a Nursing home is essential
• Proven track record of achieving and maintaining excellent CQC ratings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
