Summary


This full time role within the DMSK Physiotherapy Team is based at the Blandford Community Hospital where you will meet and greet patients, answer telephones to both patients and staff, register new patient referrals, arrange patient appointments and deal with any queries that may arise.

There may be times when you will be required to travel to other sites.

This role requires the candidate to be face to face onsite with the occasional, infrequent, ability to work virtually.

To complete clerical and administrative tasks as directed by the line manager which may include the following duties.

Assist the Physiotherapists onsite where required.





Covering reception and working with the Outpatient Reception Team when patients arrive for their apppointment.

Answering telephones to patients and staff

The Physiotherapy Team has 14 administrators and covers the whole of the County. The team are in contact throughout the day via Microsoft Teams and each year an Away Day is arranged to build the relationship within the Team. The Team work extremely hard to deliver a high quality service.
