Summary

We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we are proud to be working with the Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) to find their new Senior Trust Fundraising Manager.

We can confidently say that the development and support you’ll receive from RBLI is truly outstanding. RBLI has a strong track record in raising funds from Charitable Trusts and Foundations, and the new Senior Trust Fundraising Manager will be leading an ambitious Trust fundraising programme. We are looking for a confident Trust fundraising professional who has proven experience of writing multi-year restricted proposals and securing regular support from Charitable Trusts. You will be committed to the highest standards of donor stewardship, a strong team player, creative and entrepreneurial.

Senior Trust Fundraising Manager
Full-time Permanent

Salary - Circa £46,000

Key responsibilities of the roles will include:
• Leading the Trust Fundraising programme
• Producing unrestricted asks, managing relationships and multi-year restricted proposals
• Researching funding opportunities to fit the criteria for key funders
• Identifying partnerships to enable new business opportunities
• Developing and writing applications to Charitable Trusts, The National Lottery, statutory funders and other funders
• Stewardship of existing funders, including providing updates to show the good work being done
• Developing and writing applications to Charitable Trusts, The National Lottery, statutory funders and other funders
• Managing 2 trust fundraisers

The ideal candidate for this role will:
• Have proven experience of developing relationships with Charitable Trusts
• Have demonstrable experience of writing successful proposals including securing multi-year funding
• Be able to effectively research and identify new sources of funding
• Have great attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills
• Be confident and personable, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
