About the Role:
• Processing of customer’s quotes and orders
• Daily ordering with suppliers
• Close liaison with warehouse and logistics dept. to ensure orders are completed and delivered in a timely manner.
• Issuing of delivery notes and invoices for deliveries
• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
• Maintaining and building supplier and client relationships
The Person:
• Ability to cope with pressure and adapt to situations
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good organisation skills
• Outlook, excel and word literate
