Summary
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our passionate centre & community team, delivering Dementia Specialist Services for our clients across the Swale area.
You must have a genuine passion for working with people living with dementia and their carers and families. This role is a diverse role and will vary from day to day, the ethos of the role is to ensure that independence and person centred support is at the heart of everything we deliver.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time: 37.5 hours per week 08:30AM-16:30PM
Hourly rate: £11.44 per hour
Location: Across the Swale regions of Faversham and Sittingbourne
Key Responsibilities:
Centre based service delivery
1-1 delivery of services in clients homes
The ideal candidate will have:
A caring nature who will be sensitive to the needs and wishes of our clients and colleagues.
You will have a full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle (with business insurance).
Ideally you will hold a NVQ level 2 qualification in health & social care.
Previous dementia services experience or of working in an environment that supports people living with memory loss.
