Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hard Landscaper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hard landscaping, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects to the highest standards. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining hard landscape elements including patios, walkways, walls, and other structures that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
Design and construct hard landscape features such as patios, driveways, walls, and decks.
Operate and maintain power tools and heavy machinery used in hard landscaping.
Collaborate with clients and team members to bring landscaping visions to life.
Ensure all projects are completed within the allocated time frame and budget.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hard landscaping or a related field.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques specific to landscaping.
Ability to read and interpret landscaping designs and blueprints.
Excellent physical condition and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Full UK driving license and access to reliable transportation.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
