Job summary 1. To provide high quality personal medical services to the practice population 2. To shape and organise services to reflect the needs of the community and practice population 3. To promote the practice as a learning organisation including staying abreast of policy, guidelines and evidence and communicating and integrating this into practice 4. To work effectively within the primary healthcare team, promote team working and take on a leadership role where appropriate 5.
