Summary
Senior Service Advisor
- Up to £30-32,000 starting basic salary with a £5-6,000 additional annual bonus potential.
- 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30pm.
- Full manufacturer authorised training and access to leader courses internally due to this roles progression path.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Cheltenham area.
Our client is an Automotive franchise approved car dealership and they are seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy Car Dealership.
For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £38,000.
Duties as a Senior Service Advisor will include:
- Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work
Our Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.
To be successful in this Senior Service Advisor role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
