ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR (ASB) ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
(Temporary 1 year contract)
36.25 hours per week.
Grade 6 £26,421 - £28,770

Within the Streetscene Unit, the Area Team delivers a wide range of regulatory services. We are looking to recruit a full-time Streetscene ASB Enforcement Officer on a 1 year temporary contract to improve the quality of life for local residents.
To work with key partners and stakeholders to address ASB within the borough with a specific focus on the town centre. These duties will include working with local and statutory providers delivering youth services, drug and alcohol services and to promote the work of the council and partners to support local residents and businesses.
To co-ordinate partnership investigations and to publicise the work of Streetscene. In particular, this role will be responsible for the improvement of the Team’s case management computer records and performance management, to improve current systems and to assist in the development of stronger case management and performance management and outcomes within the Team and partnership.
The post will be based in the Council’s Town Hall Offices within Burnley Town Centre.
Experience of using manual and computerised office systems is essential. You must also be able to work with minimum supervision and be able to work flexibly to prioritise and plan workloads in order to meet deadlines. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and be able to produce letters and reports is also essential.
