Position Overview:
I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager/Nurse Manager to lead a luxury nursing home located near Littlehampton, West Sussex. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained while managing day-to-day operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the nursing home's operations, including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Lead, motivate, and support a team of dedicated nursing staff to deliver exceptional care to residents.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care provided.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, striving for excellence in all aspects of service delivery.
Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Active PIN (NMC registration) as a Registered Nurse.
Proven experience in a Registered Management role within a similar setting.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
A commitment to delivering person-centered care with compassion and dignity.
