Summary

MUST OWN CAR WITH FULL DRVING LICENCE WITH BUSINESS CLASS INSURANCE

£13.47 per hour, 5 hours per week but will can also be used in larger blocks of 8/12 hours, During the day evening, Varied, some weekends will be required especially during Term Time, and during school holidays weekdays required.
My mother is the Employer, and you will take instructions and guidelines from her regarding the support and care I need.

I am a young Lady , I was born with CHARGE Syndrome, and I am deaf and only have peripheral sight in one eye. I have delayed global development; I am non-verbal and am fed via a Gastrostomy Tube.
I can walk with assistance with your arms underneath my arm and have manual wheelchair which you would need to push and operate.
If I am not happy, I make a certain grunting noise and might cry and push you away. I love to listen to music of any kind and enjoy hydrotherapy and the trampoline. I enjoy sensory activities, visual stimulation. I live with my parents and have older siblings.

Summary of Duties
• Full support with toileting needs.
• Require support with Gastrostomy Management, this
includes food, drink and medication that has to be fed
through my Peg Fed.
• Full training by a Health professional will be provided. And must be completed before you can Peg fed me).
• I have a special diet that is in packets, and I am fed
attached to a pump.
• Always keep me safe and in a safe environment.
• Assist me to go out for walks, such as local parks.
• Support to access the community.

• Be honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Full driving licence required
• Good communication skills
• Able to remain calm in stressful situations
• Flexibility and good availability and reliability is essential.
