Summary
• Monday – Friday

The Role;
• Maintain client base of vendors
• Deal with new enquiries
• Arrange viewings and show properties in person
• Book and follow up valuations
• Manage negotiation process
• Assisting the sales progression team
• Liaise with solicitors
The Candidate;
• Positive, confident attitude
• Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
• Negotiation skills – (previous sales experience is advantageous)
• Flexible and adaptable in approach
• Well presented
• Full UK Driving Licence required
