Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of call on the computer
- Processing orders from the company websites
- executing orders
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Providing quotations for jobs
- Monitoring and chasing accounts
- Carrying our research
Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Basic math skills for processing transaction and calculating profits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment
