PA support to support sight impairment with the following tasks:
Cooking 2 meals a day, breakfast and tea.
Medication
Taking out 1 day week, to support with shopping and social time
General cleaning around the house (1 bedroom flat).
Approximately 30hrs per week however is flexible dependant on candidate.
