Summary
We are currently looking for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Morecambe.
Immediately starts available!
Working hours and days are Monday to Friday, rotating between AM (6AM-2PM), PM (2PM-10PM) and night shift (10PM-6AM). The shift rotation happens every four weeks.
The ideal applicant will have experience within a production environment, have a good eye for detail, and be able keep up with targets. The job is to manufacture and assemble company products in line with customer orders to ensure the highest quality and standards.
Key duties To achieve daily production targets Follow manual handling procedures Follow risk assessments and complete quality checks Co-operate with line management. Adhere to the companys processes and procedures Key Requirements for Role: Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast paced environment Good organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Willing to work as team player Good physical strength and dexterity Able to work on foot for extended periods of time Excellent verbal communication ADDITIONAL BENEFITS & REQUIREMENTS Weekly pay 28 days holiday per annum Full training Canteen Online Payslips Ongoing Assignment Training Provided This role is to start immediately for the right candidate!
