Summary

Sales Support Executive £25,000 Dorking, Surrey

Exciting graduate opportunity for a business minded, ambitious individual with excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed.

The position of Sales Support Executive is a newly created role, designed to provide a training programme aimed at progression to become a New Business Executive. It is an opportunity created for individuals who are genuinely interested in business and financial services.

Initially this will take the form of general administration support to the company and working with the Business Executives on their sales progression. The role holder will also support Advisers, mainly over the phone initially, to enable them to sell market leading financial services products effectively. The successful candidate will be provided with full training on the product suite, and support to develop the skills and attributes required.

You will come from a financial services background however; the right mindset and attitude will be the overall deciding factor.

Organisation and Planning

  • Ability to effectively plan their time to maximise productivity and best utilise resources.
  • Ability to use system tools and organise activity.
  • Creativity and Problem Solving.
  • Actively spot new initiatives and opportunities.
  • Uses imagination to exploit new opportunities.
  • A natural ability to engage people, to clearly present propositions and gain confidence of IFAs to recommend the company's products to their clients.
  • An innate ability to foster and maintain business relationships at various levels over the long term.

Analytical and Presentation Ability

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability communicate critical arguments and present effectively.
  • The ability to manipulate and interpret Management Information.
