Traffic Management Supervisor

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for supporting various Traffic Signal contracts to ensure compliance and Health & Safety adherence.
What you'll do:
- Deploying Traffic Management on both planned and reactive works
- Working to scheme drawings in accordance with chapter 8
- Issuing work instructions to junior team members
- Delivering toolbox talks
- Supervise traffic management operatives in the depot and on the highways
- Operate on call from time to time
- Basic sign repairs
- Battery switch outs
- Permanent signal switch offs
- Providing onsite assistance to the installation teams
- Loading equipment onto vehicles
- Basic housekeeping around the yard.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a highway's environment, supervising traffic management operatives.
Key Requirements:
- Full Driving Licence
- NHSS 12A/B & D
- Understanding of onsite H&S, CDM Regulations
- Good people management skills
- Excellent Traffic Management design and implementation experience.
