Summary
Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management - 1 year FTC
As part of our international hospitality and real estate company, PPHE, we're hiring a Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management on a fixed term contract to join our established team based in our London Waterloo headquarters. In this role you will oversee and enhance our global portfolio's strategy, as part of an established team, reporting into the Chief Legal Officer.
Your main duties as our Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management:
- Implementation of development strategy globally, with a focus on EMEA
- Management of underwriting and feasibility for new projects
- Sourcing of JVs, management, and lease contracts
- Review of potential new hotel opportunities, including acquisitions, leases and management contracts
- Assessment of new developments (with/without planning risk), rebranding & repositioning and conversions opportunities, including cost and technical aspects
- Negotiation of management and lease contracts
- Project management of secured deals
- Evaluation of sale & leaseback opportunities and acquisitions of existing hotels under PPHE management
- Assistance in refinance of existing portfolio
- Asset Management
- Representation of PPHE Hotel Group at conferences and panel sessions
