Dorset HealthCare is in partnership with The Princes Trust to support people getting into work, as part of this partnership, we offer an employability service to support individuals between 16-30 years old with application writing, interview skills and other employment support. Please contact dhc.wideningparticipation@nhs.net to access the support. This is a full-time post, 37.5 hours per week, part-time hours considered. For the role of Community Mental Health Nurse/Practitioner you will need to have a valid driving licence and use of a car, as you will be required to assess and monitor patients in their own homes and within other community settings.
