Summary

We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our Trust's central IT team as an Assistant IT Systems Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring that all staff and students across the trust have access to high-quality and proactive IT support. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a key role in project management, helping to oversee and implement IT projects that enhance our educational and administrative operations.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Provide assistance and support to the Trust’s IT Systems Manager
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Trust’s IT Network and systems, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID and SharePoint
Support individual schools and technicians in managing the networks, infrastructure, equipment and software
Project manage various IT projects ranging from implementing complete IT infrastructure in new-build schools to introducing new services in established environments.
We are looking for you if you have:

Extensive experience in ICT which includes IT Systems Management and ICT Infrastructure.
Experience in project management and procurement & tender processes.
Excellent typed and spoken communication skills, approachable and flexible
Good planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise demands.
