Summary
Support Worker - Birkinstyle- Alfreton
Relief hours - Payrate £11.44 per hour
Drivers preferred (Please note that due to the location of service drivers are preferred for this role since there being limited public transport and routes no being available during shift times)
If you have strong communication skills and is dedicated and caring then this is your true calling, Real Life Options are now looking to recruit Support Workers in Alfreton to help with all aspects of daily living required in this service. We currently support 4 ladies with varying physical and communication needs and anything needed in daily life is what these ladies will need support with.
From being woken in the morning, having a wash, choosing clothes, preparing breakfast, accessing the community and day trips, budgeting and shopping, making appointments, taking medication, and family contact. No day is ever the same as all the ladies have their own characters, their own preferences and interests which is why we deliver person cantered support to allow people to live fulfilled lives.
The role will involve personal care, and working with mental health and behaviours of concern.
The shifts include mornings, afternoons, long days and sleep in support.
Drivers preferred but not essential.
An enhanced Adult DBS is required for this role.
