Summary
Carbon60 require a Heating and Plumbing Engineer to be based on-site in a hospital to carry out reactive and preventive maintenance.
Must hold relevant qualifications.
A thorough understanding of Engineering Building Services installation and maintenance techniques. Undertake PPM and RPM tasks as allocated by Maximo (or other system) to the employees required skill level signing off work completed. To raise any issues with the M&E Supervisor to ensure rectification of the tasks.
Recommend options for the better performance of tasks.
Ensure tasks are properly closed off in Maximo following full completion of the tasks
Working pattern is 4 days on 4 days off 12 hour shifts with possible overtime available.
Willing to apply for or already have a valid PVG. (Client will cover the cost)
This position could become a permanent position for suitable candidates after an initial period.
