Your new schoolA Year 6 teacher is required in a school in Hackney, with a specialism in "Leadership". The school has a caring, inclusive ethos and welcomes applications from parents and pupils of all faiths and none. It aims to provide an inspirational and life-enhancing educational experience for all children. The staff work tirelessly to ensure that each child is nurtured, inspired, challenged, and supported to succeed and develop their natural gifts and talents.

It has also been involved in unique collaborations with local independent bookshops to aid pupils' love of reading. Your role as a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher As a KS2 Teacher, your duties will include but are not limited to:Preparing lessons, homework assignments and coursework materials

  • Developing lessons in line with curriculum requirements and ensuring students are well-prepared for the demands of national examinations.
  • Evaluating homework and classwork in a timely manner
  • Report to parents on the development, attainment, and progress of their child.
  • Manage behaviour through positive reinforcement and role-modelling.
  • Participate in meetings as and when required.
  • Lead, direct, and communicate effectively with support staff within the classroom.
  • To take responsibility for finding opportunities in which to further their professional development.
  • To demonstrate excellent organisational and time-management skills.
