Summary

EQUANS are recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to be based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,454.00 depending on skills and experience.

Shift Pattern: 6.30am - 2.30pm/12pm - 8pm on a 4 week shift basi

What will you deliver? The Catering Supervisor will be responsible for the provision of a safe and timely
catering food service and the supervision of both
patient catering and retail catering teams at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

Who are we looking for?

Strong background and work experience in Catering management.
* Demonstrates leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, people management, and a collaborative management style.
* Budget development and oversight experience.
* A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
* Excels at operating in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
* Open to direction and commitment to get the job done
* Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organisation.
* Ability to look at situations from several points of view.
* Persuasive with details and facts.
* Delegate responsibilities effectively.

This role includes a DS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential
