Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as the Assistant Leasing Support Surveyor.
The Assistant Leasing Support Surveyor is responsible for providing a professional, efficient, lease management service to deliver completion of Under Lease Plus Agreements (uLPAs), renewals, surrenders, assignments, and other lease management matters. Leasing Support Surveyors play an important role at CHP, working as part of the wider Property and Operational Directorate, Property teams to achieve CHP’s objectives of regularisation, estate optimisation and a correctly documented estate.
