Summary
We are looking for service-driven individuals who will be responsible for driving sales by ensuring customer satisfaction through a high level of customer service within the daily tasks.
Key tasks:
*Accurately processing customer orders, releasing to the warehouse and sending customer order confirmations
* Effectively dealing with customer queries and complaints in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction
* Managing the customer backorder queue by providing timely updates and liaising with Purchasing department
* Ensuring sales growth through achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
* Providing relevant feedback from clients to Sales Opportunities Co-ordinator where relevant to enhance opportunities and escalating issues/ providing client feedback for assisting future growth to Head of Sales as required.
Identify, record escalate and highlight opportunities to improve sales.
Special Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
* Good IT skills with full competence within Microsoft 365 package, SAP Business One (preferred but not essential), webchat software (preferred but not essential)
* Quick thinker and good ability to problem solve.
* High level of attention to detail ensuring customer satisfaction and reducing non-conformances
* Willingness to understand a customer’s unspoken needs to be able to go above and beyond and deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction
* Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in all formats.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate effective conflict resolution.
