Summary
ABOUT THECOMPANY
Capital Shared Living is a growing investment/lettings company based in Colindale. We've been managing properties in this area for the past 7 years. Due to expansion, we require someone to join our growing team.
MAIN ROLE
Sourcing potential tenants/guests through multiple room let portals and ensuring all rooms in the portfolio are occupied
KEY RESULT AREAS
● Creating adverts for portals
● Room rental portal management
● Responding to all room enquiries promptly
● Booking people in for viewings
● Going on viewings
● Following up with leads
● Property inspections
● Collecting and dropping off keys
SKILLS REQUIRED
● Strong selling and closing skills
● Experience in HMO room rental is ideal but not necessary
● Target driven
● Experience in contract negotiation
● Well presented and confident
● Efficient time management skills
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Holds a valid UK driving license
● Minimum of 1 years experience in lettings
