Join Our Finance Team at The Compleat Food Group!



Our Finance department is delighted to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Payments Analyst to join our esteemed team in
Nottingham on a six-month fixed-term contract.



As a valued member of our team, you will have the privilege of collaborating seamlessly with dedicated professionals who are
committed to achieving collective objectives. Your expertise in payment analysis will be instrumental in driving our financial
strategies forward.



Working Hours:

This role with initially be office based, but then working from home arrangements can be considered. The working hours are Monday
to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00, and Fridays 8.30am – 4pm!




Your Duties Will Include:

* Manage and maintain bank accounts to ensure sufficient level of funds are held in each account
* Process manual payments including faster payments and euro payments
* Ensure BACS payments are processed on a weekly basis
* Support roll out of new credit card scheme
* Support move to one group banking provider
* Perform bank reconciliations including investigating any reconciling items
* Complete weekly cash books and use these for weekly cashflow forecasting
* Other adhoc tasks as requested



Your Skills and Experience:

* Sound numerical skills
* Good standard of literacy and effective written and verbal communicator
* Excel skills
* Great team player
* Good organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
