Salary: £80-100 per day, 6.5 hour day

Hours: 8:15am - 3:15pm, Monday to Friday

A modern, forward-thinking and respectable Secondary school in Bedford is looking to grow their support staff team with a Learning Support Assistant.

This school is located in Bedford, easily commutable from Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire. A Learning Support Assistant here could expect to support a range of students, as they host 990 pupils across the school. This is an outstanding and rare opportunity for an excellent practitioner to play a key role in the development and growth of this exceptional all-through school.

Ideal applicant
- Previous experience in a Pastoral related role
- Ideally previously worked in a Primary or Secondary school before for at least 1 year
- An individual with good knowledge of Safeguarding and Keeping Children Safe in Education
- Be passionate about helping students to succeed in education
- Have a calming presence and be able to engage well with the pupils (Year 7 to Year 11)
- You will be dedicated to ensure that all children achieve their very best
- Contribute to the values, ethos and the development of the school
