Summary

We have a a great development opportunity at The Cavendish Hotel for a Sous Chef with aspirations to progress with an employer who will support you every step of the way.
You will work a 4 day week.
You will receive discretionary service charge and tips that can increase your salary by up to £320 per month on average. A full time employee will receive around £3,200 per year in service charge and tips alone.
You will assist the Head Chef in leading the team of chefs in providing an exceptional product. Your duties will be varied and will include food preparation, stock control, cleaning and menu design. You will also deputise for the Head Chef in his/her absence. The role is very hands on and will give the successful candidate exceptional experience within the restaurant business.
The Hotel itself is situated in the Baslow, which is in the heart of the Chatsworth Estates.
