Summary

We are a multi-disciplinary team and deliver holistic individualised person-centred care, promoting independence and choice through on-going assessment and discharge planning

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Clinical Development Facilitator to join our team.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential to be able to demonstrate support to Nurses and Students. We aim to provide the best healthcare to our patients through advocating person-centred care and championing the value and autonomy of older adults.

We are dedicated to developing our staff and ensuring the highest possible standard of care is provided in a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
You will be supported by the Professional Lead nurse, Clinical Development nurse, Matrons, Senior Ward Nurses, and the Multi-Disciplinary Team.
