Your main responsibilities would include:
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
• Overseeing daily operations including managing staff
• Assessing and planning individualised care
• Monitoring care quality
• Building relationships with stakeholders
• Maintaining records and staying up to date with industry developments.
Essential qualifications required:
• Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social care
• Minimum QCF level 5 and CQC registration
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Health & Social Care environment ideally in a management role.
Desirable
• Knowledge and experience of regulated services, fundamental care standards and key lines of enquiries.
