We’re looking for an engaging Community and Resident Experience Manager to join us on our journey to create an exceptional living environment for Oaktree Court residents to enjoy, whilst building positive links with the community and maintaining our occupancy.

The day-to-day & your experience
.To play a key role in showcasing the home to it’s full potential.
Knowledgeable in events, you will research, plan and deliver a 6 monthly innovative and engaging in-house and community events calendar.
.To coordinate a visible and interesting activities programme, with the activities team.
.With a person-centered approach, you will support the Activities team to provide both group & 121 activities to stimulate mind, body & soul and always encourage choice and independence.
.You will be passionate to develop stimulating daily activities for our wonderful Memory Care community.
.To assist to generate enquiries by ensuing that the home is well known in the local area by visiting local groups and schools.
.Experienced in social media, you’ll showcase the lifestyle and advertise events through Oaktree Court’s Facebook with regular and engaging updates.
.Passionate to empower residents, you will champion our ‘Continue Being Me’ philosophy, creating unique and highly personal experiences
.You’ll easily develop strong & rewarding relationships with everyone at Oaktree Court, families, health professionals & your local community.
.Highly organised with excellent attention to you’ll be talented in working with strict budgets and timescales.
.Passionate about your work and with an infectious positivity you will shine being part of a vibrant and hugely fun team!
.As part of the role, you may be required to work some weekends.
.This role will is exempt from the rehabilitation of offenders act and will be subject to an advanced criminal record check (DBS).
