We are currently recruiting a Band 6 Senior Theatre Practitioners within the Theatre QEQM Hospital.

We are looking for experienced theatre staff with a passion for leadership in the following specialities
• Trauma Orthopaedics
• Obstetrics and Gynaecology
• Colorectal
• Recovery (PACU)

• The post holder will be responsible as a member of the Theatre team for the maintenance of a high standard of patient care.
• Leading the team to ensure that our Theatre services are utilised efficiently and effectively.
• Develop, implement and monitor training and development needs of the multi- disciplinary team.
• Required to deputise in the absence of Theatre Co-ordinator and ensure a positive patient experience through the delivery of high standards of patient care.
