Registered Manager - Children's service
£50 000 - £55 000 per annum
Our Client' is looking for an experienced Registered Manager for a brand new children’s service in Milton Keynes. To build a safe, homely and nurturing environment that promotes recovery and transformation and committed to safeguarding.
Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the team in our high standards, not only maintaining compliance with CQC, but exceeding it, ensuring the children receive the absolute best care possible and that our staff are also looked after and happy in their work.
Must have:
• An excellent knowledge of the Care Standards, CQC regulations and framework
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and people management skills
• Experience in HR and recruitment
• Ability to manage conflict
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude
• QCF level 5 (or equivalent)
