Lead Teacher of Science

MPS/UPS + TLR (negotiable depending on experience)

Required from September 2024

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and motivated Lead teacher to join our strong Science team. As an outstanding classroom practitioner in all Key Stages the Lead Teacher will work with colleagues to improve and secure pupil outcomes, primarily via the development of the quality of teaching and learning through coaching and mentoring of colleagues and trainee teachers across the school. In addition, to play a major role supporting the leaders of teaching and learning in developing the strategic direction for T&L and to work with teachers across the school in collaborative planning, curriculum development and assessment, planning and moderation.
