Summary
TeacherActive is delighted to be working with a Community School in Doncaster that is looking for a Learning Support Assistant / LSA. The school prides itself on its ability to provide a warm and welcoming learning environment for young people with severe learning difficulties.The school offers a very unique curriculum that encourages young people to flourish both in and out of the classroom.
The successful Learning Support Assistant / LSA will contribute to the school's ethos by providing a positive and engaging learning experience to pupils aged 3-19 years. As a Learning Support Assistant / LSA for this school you will be a trustworthy, patient individual with a supporting nature.
The successful Learning Support Assistant / LSA will have:

The ability to provide a nurturing learning environment

Experience working with young people who have learning difficulties on a 1-1 or group basis

An ability to encourage, inspire and motivate young people to become learners
