Summary
Printer/Print Finisher, Oxford, to £27k
The ideal Printer will have a large format print background and also be a team player who is willing to assist the wide format team as and when required.
Within this role you will be responsible for taking jobs from start to finish this will include:
*Operating and maintaining large format printing machines and using print finishing equipment to ensure all jobs are completed on time and to a high quality standard.
*Prepare and apply vinyl; i.e., setup, weeding, cutting, taping, trimming and mounting to substrates.
*Use graphic tools and chemicals safely and with proficiency
*Prepare final product for shipping and delivery as instructed, creating custom packaging when necessary.
*Establish colour approvals on printer with or without customer interactions and be able to maintain colour and print quality for production run.
*Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position under the direction of the Production Manager or Directors.
Requirements:
*Print Background – with previous experience working in large format print and finishing
*Experience of RIP Software
*Good knowledge and understanding of quality processes.
*Ability to follow job tickets and read/calculate production systems
*Well organised in prioritising and planning to see each job through completion to meet given deadlines.

You must be UK based and live within a commutable distance of the where the position is located. Sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
