We are Europe's Flagship Kia dealership. Our lower ground floor boasts 11 service bays and 2 MOT bays, ensuring that we can cater
to all your Kia needs efficiently and effectively.
What you will be doing:
* Correctly interpret instructions from job cards/repair orders
* Ensure all technicians received the training required, comply with repair instructions and stipulated settings and manufacturer
manuals
* Plan, allocate and supervise all work done. Ensure work is completed correctly and reported, and make sure the service team is
made aware of any delays or extra parts required
* Report any loss, shortage, damage or malfunction of tools and equipment or if any additional tools or equipment are required
What we need from you:
* Previous experience working as a Workshop Manager / Controller
* Full manual driving licence
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with others well
* Ability to work under pressure, good at problem-solving, decision making and delegation
* Able to support and motivate others in your team
